I need a quote for wedding flowers, our ceremony is at the Universal Preservation Hall (http://www.universalpreservationhall.org/) and the reception is at the Canfield Casino on 4/20/13. Our budget for flowers is under $3000 (including tax). I have listed below our wish list, please let me know what is realistic. If it is not workable to do the entire event for under that price, we will look at the proposal prices for the different arrangements and then only have you do the larger, more complicated arrangements and bouquets and we will do the table arrangements ourselves.
For the ceremony at the Universal Preservation Hall we will be using the great hall on the second floor which is a huge space. Our guest list will be around 120. So to fill the space I was envisioning 4 all white arrangements of cherry blossom branches or trees laced with white flowers on the stage and perhaps 2 more at the beginning of the isle (https://pinterest.com/pin/270708627571609258/). The entry way and staircase up to the great hall will also need some one large all white arrangement for a table. I also want candles (need to be LED) running up the stairs (http://www.unitedwithlove.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/candle-lined-stairs.jpg).
I would like to transfer some of these flowers over to the ball room at the Casino while guests are in the parlor for cocktail hour to reduce costs. Perhaps put the tall branch arrangements on the stage around the band and use the smaller arrangement from the entryway in the ladies room. Lastly, I would like our initials in moss on the doors of the building (https://pinterest.com/pin/270708627571609292/) and maybe if they are not too big they can be placed on the back of our chairs for the reception.
I would like my bouquet to be loose ranunculus and peonies (https://pinterest.com/pin/270708627571905626/). Will need 6 bridesmaid bouquets, very simple - just small bunches of hyacinths tied with ribbon (https://pinterest.com/pin/270708627571609026/). The groom and 6 groomsmen will need just simple boutonnieres (perhaps a singe ranunculus).
For the reception at the Canfield Casino we will need 4 large all white arrangement (one on the bar, one on the place card table and two for the parlor where cocktail hour will be held). We will also need just small simple purple arrangements surrounded by some candles for 8 cocktail tables. See below for larger arrangements that I like:

In the ballroom I am going to have a large long table in the center for the wedding party surrounded by 10-12 round tables for the rest of the guests. The table cloths will be a pale grey linen with all white china and silver chargers (see link for the color scheme https://pinterest.com/pin/270708627571609034/). I want the round table arrangements to be a monochromatic deep plum. On the center long table I want a low arrangement that runs the length of the table that is ombre from white to deep plum (see idea here https://pinterest.com/pin/270708627571905813/). We will also need lots and lots of candles. The Canfield doesn't allow open flames, so all candles need to be tea lights or enclosed in hurricane glasses or some kind of enclosure.
